Your rights matter
SCTP prohibits discrimination in admissions, programs, services or employment based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age & disability. SCTP must make a reasonable modification to allow a person with a disability to take part in a program, service, or activity. Please ask if you need auxiliary aids or services. As an example, you may request to read any of our documents in large print.
Protecting your civil rights also means helping you take part in or understand any of our programs or activities. SCTP will take any reasonable action to help with that. For instance, a group exercises outside in the sun for fun. If you have trouble with the sun, the group will find a way to help you do the same exercise in the shade. If you think you will not be able to understand or join in on a program or activity because of your disability, please let us know of your needs ahead of time, if at all possible.
