Santa Cruz Training Programs, Inc. provides transportation for all its members who need a ride to our programs, program activities, and even work! Running the fleet is a lot of work, and we owe most of our thanks to SEAGO‘s support.
Because of the support, we have mobility adapted vehicles for people with mobility restrictions. Most of our vehicles are modified with lifts and secure tie downs for wheelchairs and walkers. Large windows give a great view of the city and landscape as members travel around the city and county. We offer a round trip service, but it is flexible for families who want to bring or pick up their children.
When members attend our Day Programs, they can travel during the day for different activities. At the DTTA, a social and life skills program, they volunteer around town and visit local recreational areas, like Patagonia Lake, for fun. At GSE, a job training skills program, they use the vehicles to sell the pastries they make. They also deliver food they helped prepare at our La Castellana Bakery & Cafe. You may even see the groundskeeping crew with their large trailer going to work in the community.

24/7 transportation is part of our service to our residents in the group homes.
