- You like to work with children and/or adults with disabilities.
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current U.S. driver’s license with a 5 year driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Basic computer skills.
- Completed High School with a diploma, GED, or Preparatoria.
- An up-to-date CPR and First Aid card, preferred; but if necessary, once hired we will arrange for training.
- Fingerprint Clearance card, preferred; but if necessary, once hired we will direct you on how to get yours.
- Three professional/work references (see form below).

Step 1) Download the application, and then type or print and write on the application. Complete everything, even the interview questions. Our best advice is when you finish filling it out, ask someone to proofread it before sending it in.
Step 2) Download the professional/work reference form and print three copies. Fill out your name and job title you are applying for, then ask three people who know you to fill out the rest of the information. Family should not be references. Collect the references and attach them with your application.
